Danny Edwards, Jr. has been wheeling a race car for over two decades. His finesse behind the wheel of his #26 Danny's Glass Dodge
is just the first indicator of that. Secondly, and perhaps ever more glowing is his fantastic list of accoplishments that he has compiled over the years
that he has been involved in competitive motorsports.
In 1982 Danny got his start in racing, running the AMA Motocross circuit. By 1984 Danny had transitioned to oval track racing, running for
Firth Racing Enterprises at Langley Speedway in the All American Division. Two years later Danny's father, Danny Edwards, Sr., started
Edwards Motorsports and Danny Jr. quickly started producing results.
In 1987 Danny embarked on his first season of Late Model Stock Car racing and was sucsessful from the start, earn the Rookie of the Year
title.
Since his entrance to Langley Speedway, Danny Edwards, Jr. has won three Langley Speedway track championships in the Late Model
Stock Car division, including the 1999 Winston Racing Series Atlantic Seaboard division championship.
Besides his accomplishements at Langley Speedway, Danny has competitively competed in ten NASCAR Busch Series races (1995 to 1997)
and ten ASA National Series races from 2001-2003 with his father's race team. Danny's dedication and talent to auto racing can be seen by
all involved and in 2006 he return's to Langley Speedway with his brother, Greg, to battle it out for the NASCAR DODGE Weekly Series Championship.
